When you donate to the Chicago community through Smack Dab, your dollars go directly toward feeding people, supporting mutual aid, and strengthening neighborhood partnerships.

What the Community Fund Supports
Monthly Free Community Meals
On the first Wednesday of every month, we serve approximately 250 free meals. No questions asked. No proof required.
The Holy Trinity Meal
Anyone can walk into Smack Dab and request a Holy Trinity meal. A simple sandwich. A donut. A beverage. No explanation needed.
Love Fridge Contributions
We support Chicago’s Love Fridge network by helping keep food accessible in community refrigerators across the city.
Holiday & Special Cause Giving
Throughout the year, we align with holidays and community moments to give back 5% of sales to aligned nonprofit organizations.
In 10 years, Smack Dab has donated over $80,000 back into the community. The Community Fund ensures that number continues to grow.
